Common questions
Are sterile supplies safe to buy from another practice?
Buy only unopened, sealed supplies that are within their expiry date. Ask the seller for the lot number and expiry date, and how the product was stored.
How do I find the right replacement bulb?
Match the bulb to your instrument make and model, or to the part number on the old bulb. If the listing does not say which instruments it fits, ask the seller.
Can I buy supplies regularly from the same seller?
Yes. Save the seller's items to a list, use "Buy again" from your past orders, or order by SKU from stores that offer quick ordering.
