What happens if there is a problem with an order?

Eyecaredirect is committed to creating the best environment for buyers and sellers to transact. We strongly encourage each buyer to read the descriptions of the products carefully and ask the seller to clarify any questions. This may include requesting additional photos and video demonstrating the product being used. When a purchase is made, the seller will email with tracking information once an item is shipped. It is extremely important that when you receive your item you carefully inspect it to make sure it was as described. If you have any concerns, you must contact the seller within 3 days of receiving the item for it to be eligible for exchange or refund. All purchases will be considered correct if you do not contact the seller in 3 days. At this time, the seller will work with you to correct the issues. If after 30 days you and the seller are unable to rectify the situation, Eyecaredirect and the merchant processor PayPal will work to ensure a resolution including the refunding of your purchase if necessary.
