Return and Refund Policy
Eyecaredirect is committed to creating the best environment for buyers and sellers to transact. We strongly encourage each buyer to read the descriptions of the products carefully and ask the seller to clarify any questions.This may include requesting additional photos and video demonstrating the product being used. When a purchase is made, the seller will email with tracking information once an item is shipped. It is extremely important that when you receive your item you carefully inspect it to make sure it was as described.
If you have any concerns, you must contact the seller within 3 days (72 hours) from the time the carrier tracking confirms receipt to be eligible for exchange or refund. All purchases will be considered correct if you do not contact the seller within this time. All communication between buyer and seller must take place on the Eyecaredirect platform to be eligible for our buyer resolution process.
Prior to initiating a formal dispute, we strongly encourage buyers and sellers to work together to find a satisfactory resolution. Oftentimes, the seller can offer a partial refund to compensate for any issues. When buyers and sellers work together in a professional and mutually respectful way, everyone maintains their reputation and the best outcomes follow.
In the rare instance that you and the seller are unable to come to a resolution after 30 days, You may initiate a dispute with your credit card or PayPal. You and the Seller will then be able to present your respective supporting documentation (correspondence, photos, videos, tracking information, unique circumstances) and a formal resolution process will proceed.
